Interested vendors are requested to submit their best technical and financial quotation as per the specifications mentioned below.

Applications received after the due date or incomplete in any respect may not be considered.

SUVIDHA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.

Background

The proposed development of a 3.4-acre community playground in Project village (Jorhat Assam) is intended to address the lack of safe, accessible and inclusive recreational infrastructure for youth and the wider community. The proposed facility is expected to support sports participation, physical activity, community interaction and social cohesion.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor/contractor shall be responsible for the development of the Mini-Sports Stadium & Community Playground, including:

  • Fencing work for the playground (8,000 sq. ft.) and construction of the main entry gate.

  • Construction of a basketball court (5,000 sq. ft.).

  • Construction of a stage with tin-sheet roofing (2,400 sq. ft.).

  • Construction of changing rooms (15 ft. × 15 ft. each) and separate washrooms for girls and boys.

  • Supply and installation of high-mast lights and one pair of football goalposts.

  • Arrangement of materials, labour, transportation, civil works, and necessary installations.

  • Ensuring quality standards, site safety, timely completion, testing, and handover of the completed facilities to SUVIDHA.

Process of Selection

Proposals received against this Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be evaluated based on completeness of documents, technical compliance, relevant experience, quality of materials, execution capacity, completion timeline, and financial competitiveness.

Only technically compliant and eligible proposals shall be considered for final selection. SUVIDHA reserves the right to seek clarifications, verify credentials, and accept or reject any proposal, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.

The selected vendor/contractor shall execute the work as per the approved scope, specifications, agreed rates, and timeline specified in the work order.

Site Visit and Technical Requirements

  • Bidders should assess the site conditions, measurements, access, soil/ground conditions and utility requirements before submitting the final quotation.

  • All materials should be new, fit for purpose and of suitable quality. The bidder shall provide material specifications, make/brand (where applicable), drawings and a brief statement.

  • Construction and installation shall comply with applicable safety requirements and relevant standards. The work area must be kept safe and orderly throughout execution.

  • The bidder shall include finishing, testing, commissioning, debris removal and handover in the quoted price, where applicable.

  • Any deviation from the scope, quantities or specifications must be clearly listed separately in the quotation.

Terms and Conditions

  • The quotation must clearly state whether GST and all other charges are included or excluded. Any additional charges must be itemized.

  • The bidder shall specify the delivery/mobilization and work-completion timeline from the date of Purchase Order/Work Order.

  • Payment terms shall be proposed by the bidder and will be finalized by SUVIDHA in the Purchase Order/Work Order.

  • SUVIDHA may seek clarifications or supporting documents during evaluation.

  • Incomplete quotations, quotations received after the submission deadline, or quotations that do not respond to the scope may not be considered.

  • SUVIDHA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason. The decision of SUVIDHA shall be final.
