The visionary of Society for the upliftment of Villager and Development of Rural Himalayan Region, he drives the organization in development sector with ethos of a holistic natural resource management and sustainable development.

Strengthening the foundation of SUVIDHA, Mr Santosh Pandey governs the functioning of the organization at all levels. The crucial roles Appoint Staff, train, orient and place them in various thematic fields.Ensure that internally evolved management systems for the implementation of various economic projects and target oriented activities are appropriately developed and introduced.

Working as a Director - Programs and taking care of programs and admin of SUVIDHA. She is impeccable in Liasoning and communication with donors and planning of programs along with monitoring and evaluation of the programs.

The key person behind the seasoned staff of SUVIDHA, Mrs Mamta Rawat an MBA graduate heads the Human Resource Department. Her experience in social sector solidifies in and outside organization trainings and workshops. She also plays crucial role in development and management of projects.

Eight years in social Sector, Mr Yogesh Upreti plays a key role in the Low Carbon Farming projects of SUVIDHA, which spreads in states of Chhattisgarh, Odisha, J&K and Uttarakhand. Responsible for implementation of Sustainable Agriculture and strengthening of marginal farmers into farmer federations and income elevation.

Working as a Joint Director - Operations, Mr. Bisht is expert in development and execution of different programs in pan India for SUVIDHA.

With the experience of 27 years into rural development, Mr. Pantola is working as Director Operations and taking care of the existing system and policies, identifying improvement areas and manage internal and external services.
